Free Exchanges and Returns
We ask that our customers inspect their order upon receipt. In the off-chance that you receive a damaged item, we require notice within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect and we will ship out the defective parts at no extra cost to you.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please let us know within 05 days of receiving your order. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, you will be sent a free return shipping label to be attached to the original packaging.
For Returns once we have reviewed and approved your request, you will be contacted with a return authorization
In order for us to accept your return, the item must be:
- Packed securely in its original packaging (and was never opened)
- Free of any and all damages
- Unassembled (and was never assembled)
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a credit. If you are entitled to a credit or refund, we will credit or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Certain items will have an associated restocking fee.
